Q: A 37 y/o woman, CEO of a tech startup, reports emotional stress, increasing anxiety, poor appetite and sleepless nights for months. If this woman is that stressed, running herself into the ground several hours a week will not help. Ashwagandha and Serenagen are at least going to give her some adrenal support and calm her respectively. Smoking cannabis is not going to help her recover though the distraction may be welcome…
Thank you for your comment. I have heard from other medical professionals who agree with your opinions on cannabis for stress (short term solution with possible negative outcomes). Do need more of that in medicine?
